In preparation for Tribes Vengence - Anarchy Mod has begun. Since the scripting world of the UT engine is completely different than that of the current or past Tribes engines, I need some practice  . So what better way to practice than to mod UT 2004.
So the next Anarchy Mod that will come out will be for UT 2004 and following that, when released, one for the next Tribes installment.
Now the important part. I need your help. What I need is ideas of things you like and don't like about the Anarchy Mod for Tribes. I need to find out things you want to see added, removed, changed, created and so on.
This will give me a head start in planning and designing the next mod for UT as well as Tribes.
Let the fun begin!!

3D Gamers has released another set of Tribes Vengence movies. You can go to their downloads page and get them there. WIth these movies you get to see of the single and multiplayer action during the day and night. I can't wait for this game!!

Anarchy Mod Changes Back to top

Well, Blink has been busy providing feedback and ideas in reference to the mod and I have been reviewing them.
He has some good points and based on that I will be doing a review of the mod in its current state. My plans are to see what truly is needed and what is not needed.
There was a time I got gun happy and started adding every little weapon that came to mind . Not such a good idea.
I will take some time to see what weapons and game enhancements I have made truly make the game more fun. Those that don't or seem to be annoyances will be removed, i.e. the Freezeray. It was a good idea at the time, but I have been flamed for it several times.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that there will be some changes coming soon. I just finished working on some other web projects and work projects, so I should have more time to work on the mod again.
Thanks for your patience and ideas.

Sierra has recently released a series of mini movies showing off Tribes Vengence, the next Tribes Title to continue and enhance the Tribes story line. This title release promises to give the Tribes Players what they expected in Tribes 2.

Anarchy Mod Update 2.6 Back to top

I have been working on various bug fixes for the Tribes 2 version. I have included all bug fixes that were reported in email and the forums.
I have also completely revamped the Tribes 1 version of the mod. I had some requests to make the T1 version the same as the T2 version, so I did.
It was a month long project, which brought back the headaches to varying code languages used, but in the end the T1 version is almost the same as the T2 version. I left out a few items, but not many. I figured that everything shouldn't be exactly the same. You always need some reason to play a new game .
Anyway, the download links have been updated.
Enjoy the Anarchy Mod.

I have been in the process of replicating tutorials from the modding community on this site for some time now.
The tutorials are a compilation of work of the community and are not all my own, I have two that I released. A big thanks goes out to Drumstix42 who took the time to recheck a lot of the old tuts and update them. He also took the time to collect them all and place them in one location. The site is Advanced Mod, but it is in the process of moving and unaccesiable at this time. A post will be made when it is back online.
You can view tutorials on almost any aspect of Tribes 2 modifications here, Anarchy Tutorials Section, hope this helps out.
